Through extensive research and development, we have developed high-performance polymer blends for battery packaging. Our findings have shown that LGF PP offers superior thermal properties, while PA+PC provides the highest strength. In terms of fire resistance, HFFR PP stands out as the top performer. Cost-effectiveness is also an important factor, with PP+PE being the most affordable option.

To achieve these results, we utilized state-of-the-art blending techniques, such as melt blending, reactive blending, and compatibilization. Our team of experts has also conducted extensive material characterization using advanced equipment, including thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), and rheometry. By using TGA, we were able to determine the thermal stability of the polymer blends. DMA was used to analyze the mechanical behavior of the materials, including their stiffness and damping properties, while rheometry allowed us to evaluate their flow behavior…
